What is the return policy?

Due to the fact that these keepsakes are created from items that you send me no returns are accepted on Memory keepsakes.

When will I get my order?

Processing time is 3-4 weeks and then I ship Priority Mail so an additional 1-3 business days. For Memory Bears and ornaments. The main time is receiving the clothes from you.

Where are your products created?

All products are made by me in Alabama.
How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $35.00 ship for free. All orders are shipped via priority mail.

What Materials do you use?

Memory bears and ornaments are made with clothing that you send me, safety eyes and noses, fusible interfacing and stuffing.

CUSTOM FIREFIGHTER BEAR

I do not use recycled or retired bunker gear.

All items are made from new 100% cotton ripstop material.  This material looks just like bunker gear.

The reason I choose to use this new material is because there could still be toxins on the material even after multiple washings.   Your safety is my number one concern.  Especially since I create a lot of items for babies and toddlers.
How do I care for the item?

Washing instructions:

Memory Keepsakes are NOT machine washable.

Gently surface clean with a damp cloth and air dry if necessary.

Store keepsakes out of direct sunlight to avoid fabric fading.
Memory Bears and Babies

Although I use Safety Eyes and Noses, these materials are not intended for use on children under the age of 3. If you would like to give the memory bear to a baby, please let me know when ordering, and I can add felt eyes and a nose instead. This will make the bear safe for babies.
