Memory Bear – 18" Keepsake Made from Loved One’s Clothing or Baby Clothes

Our handcrafted Memory Bear is a meaningful way to preserve special memories and keep them close. Each 18" bear is carefully made using clothing you provide—whether it belonged to a loved one who has passed or your little one who’s growing up too fast.

Many parents choose to use their child’s favorite baby clothes—those sweet little outfits they just can’t part with but don’t know what to do with. A Memory Bear turns those beloved pieces into a cuddly keepsake you can treasure for years to come.

Whether it’s made from a uniform, a favorite shirt, or baby onesies full of memories, this one-of-a-kind bear brings comfort, love, and a lasting connection.

This listing is for a custom-made 18" bear from the clothes that you send me. 

When you place your order, my mailing address is emailed to you the same day after purchase. (If you do not see an email, please check your spam folder.) You then mail the clothing to me. Please make sure you send the clothing within three business days. I will cancel your order if I do not receive your clothing within twelve business days. 

My turnaround time is 3 - 4 weeks.

You select from the following options:
1. Bear without embroidery
2. Bear with embroidered name or date
3. Bear with embroidered name and date.

The bears are Memory Keepsakes made from clothing. 
They are not toys & should not be handled as such.

The process is easy. 
1. You place your order 
2. My address will be sent to you
3. You mail the clothing to me
4. I create the bear & ship it back.

MATERIALS NEEDED: 

Adult Style Bear:
One adult-sized shirt is needed per keepsake unless the Size is Small or petite, in which case, two shirts are needed per keepsake. You can send more than one shirt if you would like, and I will incorporate the shirts into the bear.

Baby Style Bear: 
Please send 6-10 pieces, making sure that most are 3-6 months or larger.

A vest, sleeveless shirt, or Shorts are not enough usable fabric to make the bear. If you want to use these pieces, please send the other pieces as well so that you have enough fabric to make the bear. 

Your keepsake bear is cut out of the fabric, and the remaining fabric is immediately discarded. I will not send the extra material back to you unless we discuss this before you place your order. 

I only accept neckties for ornaments, not for animal keepsakes.

CLOTHING NOT ACCEPTED:

~No sequins & beaded, lace,
~No thick or fuzzy robes/Blankets
~No leather,
~No neckties,
~No undergarments & swimwear
~No sweaters,
~No stretchy nightgowns

Tees are ok to use as long as they are not thinned and stretched out.
Please do not send designs with large prints; they do not work well with these bears.

Safety eyes and nose are used.
